Something new… kind of.

Worked on this during the trip to Las Vegas for NeonCon – more on that in a bit, been insanely busy since the show. Thinking of doing something with it, probably a digital painting, after this round of projects wraps up in the next couple of weeks.

Speaking of which, I should get back to work : )

Had a brilliant time last weekend. Had a great spot in Artists’ Alley, and the prints ended up doing phenomenally well. Actually sold out of two by the end of the show on Sunday, with only a few of the third left. Actually thinking of revising the background on that one… People actually stopped in their tracks on seeing the artwork, and when it’s so easy to lapse into tunnel-vision in a place like AA, that was really saying something. : ) It was incredibly humbling to see the response to the prints. Will have to make up more for the next show!

There were a ton of requests for other characters, and there are a few of my own I’m looking to work up in this style, updates will be coming : )

So.

I’m setting up in Artists’ Alley at Wizard World Chicago next month. For the first time in three years. Can’t even believe it’s been that long. I’m working on a whole lot of whatnot for the show, part of which is a (kind of?) series of four Art Nouveau prints. The first of which is of:

The figure is inked, working on the design and layout of the piece now, I’ll have more to show soon : )
